Soluble Cutting Fluid Emulsifier

DESCRIPTION :

Metal working bases are used to formulate soluble cutting oils. VRINDA EMULSIFIRE -SC soluble oil emulsifiers for emulsifying naPIthenic or paraffinic base oils when formulating soluble cutting oils.

Our VRINDA EMULSIFIRE - SC contains mixture of petroleum sulfonates, soaps, fatty acid , amides and mineral oil & other chemicals like micro-biocide Constituents which are resistant to microbial attack (bacteria fungi and yeasts).

APPLICATIONS

Recommended to be blended with 18% by weight in suitable base oil like SN 100, SN 70 or SN 150. Avery stable emulsion obtained with ,various type of water.

To produce a general purpose EP heavy duty soluble oil, this can be blended with EP agent like sulfur at 4.5% by weight.

Product made from our VRINDA EMULSIFIR& SC also passes all IS: Ill5 tests.
